Yes, we do. Our team of professionals has rich experience in creating custom packaging boxes for handicrafts. We can manufacture products exactly to your needs. With our own designers in a strong R&D team, we excel at turning your ideas or drawings into customized products.
When can I get the price? Are your sample free or need cost?
We typically provide quotations within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please call us directly at +86 17605069246.
Regarding samples:
For standard, low-value products, we provide free samples, freight collect.
For high-value or custom samples, a nominal fee is required, also with freight collect.
Please note that all sample and freight costs will be reimbursed after a confirmed order is placed. Feel free to email us for further details.
How long can I expect to get the sample? What about lead time for mass production?
Your sample will be prepared within 7-15 days. Once ready, we will send it via express shipping. For the freight, you can choose to use your own courier account or prepay it to us.
For future production orders, please note that the lead time is influenced by order quantity and seasonal demand. To ensure timely delivery, we advise you to start the conversation with us 30-60 days before you need the products to arrive at your destination.
